Welcome to Inner Peace Massage Therapy, a small home-based clinic located in Port Severn on Little Lake.
Nikki Kaszuba-Copeland is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the CMTO - The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2006. After taking several years away from practice to raise her children, now teenagers, Nikki has returned to Massage Therapy full-time with renewed passion and dedication. She has a special interest in somatics and the mind–body connection - an interest sparked after spending years trying to manage chronic pain and migraines. She understands how the body can hold tension from life’s experiences, and integrates this understanding into her treatments. She is committed to supporting her clients in achieving balance, comfort, and overall well-being.
Offering a range of therapeutic techniques, including cupping therapy and muscle scraping (instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy) which help with reducing tension from chronic stress or injury by helping to break down scar tissue and adhesions, as well as creating a microtrauma response so the body can help aid in it’s own healing of a specific area.
Nikki enjoys tailoring each treatment to meet her clients’ unique needs and comfort levels throughout all of life’s stages, including prenatal and palliative massage. Prenatal/pregnancy massage treatments utilizes a pregnancy pillow so moms-to-be can lie safely and comfortably face down on the table. Palliative massage allows patients to receive treatment in their own home, or hospital. Gentle and purposeful therapeutic touch, often of the hands & feet, can help individuals feel comforted and relaxed in their final days.
Known for her calm, empathetic approach, Nikki creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and at ease. Her treatments are personalized to each individual, whether the focus is on relieving muscle tension and chronic pain, improving mobility, or simply allowing space for rest, reset and a moment of peace.
