Welcome to Inner Peace Massage Therapy, a small home-based clinic located in Port Severn on Little Lake.
Nikki Kaszuba-Copeland is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the CMTO - The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2006.
Nikki had a special interest in somatics and the mind–body connection - an interest inspired by her personal experience with chronic pain and migraines. She understands how the body can hold tension from life experiences, particularly within the fascial system, and integrates this understanding into her treatments.
Known for her calm, empathetic approach, Nikki creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and at ease. Her treatments are personalized to each individual, whether the focus is on relieving muscle tension and chronic pain, improving mobility, or simply allowing space for rest, reset and a moment of peace.
Nikki offers a range of therapeutic techniques, including cupping therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy (muscle scraping), and prenatal massage, allowing her to tailor each treatment to meet her clients’ unique needs and comfort levels.
After taking several years away from practice to raise her children, now teenagers, Nikki has returned to Massage Therapy full-time with renewed passion and dedication. She is committed to supporting her clients in achieving balance, comfort, and overall well-being.
